about
GICCT is a Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition established in 2005. We are dedicated to promoting safe and healthy choices by connecting our community and our resources. We coordinate with our local schools, businesses and civic organizations to bring a variety of opportunities to the community including the Big Shabang!

Our partner prevention coalitions in northwestern Vermont are Franklin County Caring Communities and Rural Partnerships. GICCT is a recipient of the Strategic Prevention Framework grant and the Drug Free Communities grant.
